Learning Advisor ESTC Complex at Anglo American

Job Description:

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Coordinate all allocations of resources at ESTC.
• Maintain the building and infrastructures in line with AAP standards and OHSA.
• Manage all contracts and service level agreements for all external providers.
• Ensure that al vehicle at ESTC is maintained according to AAP Standards
• Report progress against predetermined targets.
• Allocate accommodation for learners
• Allocate accommodation for specialised short courses
• Allocate venues for courses at ESTC
• Projects implementation.
• Ensure budget planning, implementation and control
• Ensure printing services is maintained
• The time frame of work is 3 years.

Qualifications:

• NQF 7 Bachelor’s degree/Advanced Diploma in HR/HRD
• Minimum NQF Level 5 OD ETDP
• Higher Certificate. NQF 6 Diploma in OD ETDP will be advantageous.
• Engineering Trade Certificate.
• Snr Foreman /Engineering Specialist Certificate will be advantageous.
• Assessor and Moderator Certificate

Experience:

• 5 years HRD experience of which 2 years in the mining industry.
