Junior Process Controller - Umbogintwini at AECI Limited

Job Description    

• Monitor and Control the production of urea formaldehyde resin according to standard operations instructions.
• Responsible for all manufacturing activities in the plants.
• Responsible for complying with the effective management of safety on shift in accordance with legal requirements and company rules.
• Facilitate troubleshooting activities on shift.
• Ensure that quality specifications for the plant operations are met.
• Ensure that throughput and quality targets are met.
• Ensure high standard of housekeeping in the plant.

Qualifications & Experience    

• Grade 12 (post matric qualification in Chemical Engineering is a preference)
• NQF level 4 Chemical Operations
• 5 years Chemical Plant experience
