Junior Accountant at iMasFinance

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the execution of the day-to-day treasury financial activities.

Job Outputs:

• Prepare and submit bank reconciliations for approval.
• Regular follow up on long outstanding items.
• Prepare and submit bank journals for approval.
• Perform cashflow planning including transfers and intercompany settlements.
• Complete Individual Development Plan. Attend learning and development courses.
• Participate in peer and team learning initiatives.
• Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures. Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• B Com Accounting or finance related qualifications
• Comply with all legislatory requirements e.g. VAT, MFRC, FAIS

Experience:

• 2 years’ applicable experience

• Code 8 driver’s license
