    Job Description

    • Leadership and Hands On Management of IT infrastructure, systems and applications to support sales companies of the MEA region in the day to day business, transformational journey and implementation of the strategy.
    • ​Lead, coach, manage, develop people and teams within the area of responsibility, supporting them to reach their highest potential with focus on agile, customer- and service-oriented behaviors.
    • ​Lead the change: demonstrate the values, mindset, and principles of Lean-Agile Leadership. Lead digital transformation of MEA region.
    • ​Assure the SAFe/Agile structure and mechanisms are implemented and secure program execution.
    • ​Manage up and across the team: eliminate impediments and relentlessly improve operations and flow. Drive towards customer centric, sustainable business processes.
    • ​Communicate with stakeholders in line with overall decided structure, templates, engagement- and governance models.
    • ​Service delivery, financial management, supplier management, system ownership and TCO for the area.
    • ​Strategic central and local projects management.
    • Member of the Finance Management Team of MEA region.

    What are we looking for:

    • Good knowledge of business processes and business systems.
    • Advanced Technologies, RPA and AI. Transformational thinking.
    • Stakeholder management to Headquarters, Regional Management and local organization, users.
    • Budgeting and Total cost of ownership
    • Team player with outstanding communication skills
    • For external candidates 7 years of experience where at least 3 years in the similar position
