    Insurance Specialist - General Claims

    Requirements

    • A relevant Law Degree, preferably LLB and knowledge in the field of Law of Delict.
    • ACII / AIISA / FCII / FIISA membership will be advantageous
    • Up to FIVE (5) years of relevant experience
    • Good written and communication skills.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Oversight and adjudication of all claims
    • Monitor the operations of all claims within its functional area to ensure continuous improvement of service.
    • Manage all claims processing in order to ensure compliance with best practices and procedures.
    • Monitor staff to ensure optimum service and productivity levels
    • Communicate effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders in the working environment.
