Inbound Supervisor at Motus Aftermarket Parts

Job Description

• The purpose of this position is to Supervise the binning process (receive materials, process documents and efficient put away/ binning as per Company BSOP).

Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric certificate
• At least 10 years’ experience in warehousing
• In depth knowledge of warehouse processes
• 5 Years warehouse experience in a supervisor position
• Forklift license is of essence
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Adaptability
• Teamwork
• Decision Making
• Flexibility
• Work overtime when required
• Clear criminal record

 Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to;

• Consolidate exercises to ensure stock is kept together and maximize space utilization
• Assist with stock counting programmes and ensure inventory integrity is always maintained
• Responsible for handling and effective binning of received stock
• Ensure all Material Handling Equipment are properly maintained in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure all activities are performed as per SOP’s and all non-conformances tracked and measured accordingly
• Ensure general housekeeping levels are maintained at optimum levels, whilst promoting a safe working environment
• Train and develop subordinates
• Responsible for employee’s well-being
