    Human Resources Business Partner

    What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

    • Employee Relations: Confidently consults and advises managers and employees on all aspects of employee-related issues, including manager/employee issues, policies & procedures, misconduct, investigations, terminations, reorganizations.
    • Driving engagement
    • Driving the BMX business values / being the champion of these
    • Compensation & Benefits: Advise and support managers on local and global compensation and benefits initiatives.
    • Support managers to assist with the management of leavers, disabilities, and Worker’s Compensation. Liaise with Finance Department to ensure payroll runs smoothly.
    • Administration : manage the employee contract, creation, tracking worker (payroll changes, job codes, function, termination, ...) in the HR software.
    • Training: Understand the training/development needs of organization and act as liaison within the Africa Region to  secure appropriate training.
    • Recruitment: main contact for the Africa Region recruitment from interview to induction.
    • Management of local HR Initiative
    • HR Reporting : Track and report staffing, retention, attrition, and other necessary data to monitoring the HR data and build strategy with the Africa Region HR.

    Who are you?

    Knowledge and skills

    •  HR Degree (Bachelor or Master)
    • Excellent technical HR knowledge through generalist and HRBP experience 3 to 5 years’ experience within the same role
    • Good knowledge of local Labor Law
    • Fluent in both English

    • Ability to Motivate others with their infectious enthusiasm and "can do" attitude, using positive language that inspires.
    • Understands the diversity of customers in order to modify organizational and behavioral approach to achieve the best fit.
    • Strong interpersonal communications skills, including influencing and ability to encourage innovation.
    • Able to act and decide responsible with respect to the company strategy
    • Ability to advise where appropriate to help employees grow and develop in alignment with business and personal goals.
    • Experience with Top employer certification will be a plus
