Human Resource Business Partner - Durban at Hirt & Carter

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Partner with management teams to develop strategic HR plans to support the objectives and future direction of the business
• Ensures compliance to labour legislations, company policies and procedures
• Develop strategies for succession planning and talent management for key positions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory legal amendments applicable to transformation reporting
• Timeous execution and submission of workplace skills plan and annual training report
• Manage strategic projects as and when required

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

• Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 4 - 5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role
• Good working knowledge of HR legislative requirements
• Business acumen
• Advanced computer skills
