    Human Capital Administrator

    What will you do?

    Responsible for assisting the human capital team in a wide variety of administrative duties.

    What will make you successful in this role?

    • Administration support of the general human capital practices;
    • Monthly payroll submissions and checks to HC Shared Services to ensure accurate and timeous delivery
    • Quality assurance for documents submitted by the HC team
    • Maintaining a control list of all payroll submissions
    • Onboarding and Crossboarding
    • Appointments, transfers, promotions and terminations
    • Drafting of contracts and contract addendums
    • Responsible for onboarding of new employees
    • Crossboarding of internal appointments
    • Benefits Administration

    Benefit administration related to maternity leave, retirements, service recognition, spouse cover, etc.

    • Management of the employee query process received via HCSS Self Logging
    • Office Management:
    • Payment of HC related invoices
    • Management of the employee file storage account

    Technical Competencies

    • Experience with Human Capital systems required, SAP/Successfactors experience advantageous
    • Excellent computer skills – Proficiency in MS Office at intermediate level
    • Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, FSC and other relevant legislation

    Qualification And Experience

    • Degree or Diploma with 2 to 3 years experience or grade 12 with 5 years plus experience.
