    HRD Business Partner (Snr) Training Centre

    • Management of Training Centre and annual budget
    • Compile and implement annual training plan
    • Recommend and provide solutions to enhance training processes and procedures
    • Obtain strategic objectives through people development
    • Ensuring and maintaining maximum utilization of the training center
    • Prepare, align, and maintain the training center as a Skills Development Provider and Trade Test Centre in line with the QCTO and NAMB policies.
    • Accurate reporting
    • Ensure training and assessments are conducted according to guidelines and standards
    • Ensure quality moderation is conducted and monitored according to the QCTO and NAMB moderation policies
    • Ensure quality practical coaching and facilitation is conducted and monitored
    • Ensure all training material is designed and revised by the subject matter experts
    • Manage ELTC team and their performance
    • Initiate special projects as required
    • Marketing of Training Centre
    • Ensure proper care and maintenance of training equipment
    • Perform HSEC audits and Visible Veldt Leadership walkabouts
    • Monitor the evaluation and reporting processes regarding the quality of training provided.
    • National compliance (Accreditation/Certification/Quality Assurance)
    • HSEC Compliance
