    HR Admin and Payroll - Domain Trainee

     

    • In this role, you will coordinate and administrate HR Admin activities such as onboarding & exit process & payroll day to day activities; input and benefits processing and partnering with external vendors to ensure that payroll and HR administration tasks is processed in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Consults and advises managers & employees on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence with legal and administrative requirements
    • Coordinates and administrates HR Admin activities such as onboarding & exit process, benefits administration, salary changes, administrative work and other HR related tasks
    • Offers support in all types of growth, transfers, new implementations, or internal projects/initiatives (examples: assessment centers, due diligences etc.)
    • Participates actively in the development and support in investigating and preparing specific documents for implementation of HR systems
    • Manages and Provides project or employee information to both Genpact and the authorities
    • Creates procedures RACI or SOP for the process & projects to which he/she is assigned.
    • Administrates and coordinates the payroll day to day activities, input and salaries payments and ensures payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner;
    • Support in preparing relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and relevant year-end reports, at request;
    • Supports all internal and external audits related to payroll and answers all employee's payroll related questions and queries.
    • Support Payroll Specialist with Business As Usual process, tasks and projects
    • Provides support in internal and external audits & support and guides the HRBP team in various employee processes
    • Supports with training presentations and facilitations
    • Support in generating reports, spreadsheets and presentations
    • Participate in Team events
    • Collaborate with other head office departments
    • General HR and Payroll adhoc tasks

    Qualifications we seek in you!

    Minimum Qualifications

    • University degree
    • Fluent English
    • Digital literacy, including HR tools and people analytics
    • HR Generalist experience, understanding of HR fundamental processes, good knowledge of South Africa legislation and HR policies & practices, HR Administrative or operational experience
    • Fluent in English, with strong knowledge of South African legislation and experience of HR Admin & Payroll processes

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    • University degree
    • Fluent South Africa & English
    • Digital literacy, including HR tools and people analytics
    • HR Generalist experience, understanding of HR fundamental processes, good knowledge of South African legislation and HR policies & practices, HR Administrative or operational experience
