Minimum Requirements:
 

Essential:

• Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate
• Undergraduate Degree.

Advantage:

• 1 year experience in Health industry. Interest and passion in the Health Care Industry.

Job Specification:

Health Operations

• Provide operational support to the Dis-Chem Health and Kaelo Operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of Health Insurance projects.
• Assist in managing operational aspects of the rewards programme for Dis-Chem Health policyholders.
• Assist with internal projects for the successful delivery of policyholder healthcare benefits with Retail, Dispensary and Clinics teams.

Customer Service

• Responsible for providing and maintaining efficient and quality customer service through consultation.
• Refer to management any escalated customer enquiries in an efficient manner.

General

• Housekeeping must be in accordance to Dis-Chem standards.
• Adhere to Dis-Chem Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
• Adhere to Health and Safety rules and regulations.
