    Head of Sales - Southern, Central, East Africa & DOMTOM Africa

    Your main accountabilities, responsibilities as Head of Sales AM Africa:

    • Drive the Sales in sub-region to achieve or exceed ZF Aftermarket strategic and operational sales goals and targets.
    • Develop the Sales team ensuring team cohesion and collaboration across all BLs, Regions, Support functions and Customers to achieve or exceed the targets.
    • Design and implement customer, brand and product specific strategies for regional markets - in collaboration with Head of Sub Region and Business Lines
    • Ensure effective customer coverage and efficient usage of resources across all Business Lines and functions in the Sub-Region
    • Design, implement and monitor the best performance measurements enabling commercial performance (Sales, Profit, AR) in line with Plan as well as risk anticipation and mitigation.
    • Drive successful delivery of key projects in the sub-region, incl. range extension, product launch and profit maximization.
    • Develop robust networks with ZF peers and industry associations in the sub-region, promote best practice sharing and collaboration; position ZF Aftermarket as a reliable partner.
    • Define and implement individual KPIs for the Sales team with focus on sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure deployment of internal communication initiatives across all locations
    • Act as main point of escalation for external (customers) and internal sales related topics in the sub-region
    • Ensure Sales Team utilization of Salesforce and growth pipeline tools.

    Your profile as Head of Sales AM Africa:

    • Deep understanding of Aftermarket business across all segments
    • Robust network/credibility with ZF Colleagues, customers and processes
    • Proven ability to lead in complex matrix organization.
    • Proven experience to successfully manage Sales Team of Sub regional aftermarket and strong commercial sense.
    • Experience in negotiation with customers and suppliers
    • Experience in developing operational goals and directions and executing them.
    • Strong Financial acumen to drive profitable and sustainable growth
