Job Description    

• Accountable for the operational management of the full suite of legal services across the AECI Group.
• Responsible for the Mergers and Acquisitions across the AECI Group
• Accountable for Corporate Legal and Regulatory Affairs
• Accountable for drafting and rolling out Legal policies and procedures across the AECI Group
• Responsible for reporting and implementation of Legal standards
• Responsible for the management of work streams in collaboration with the relevant Senior Legal Counsels
• Maintain relationships with external legal advisors, local and cross border
• Stay abreast of Legal Legislation, Compliance and Regulatory issues, locally and cross-border

Qualifications & Experience    

• LLB/LLM
• MBA will be advantageous
• Admitted Attorney/Advocate
• 8-10 years’ work experience in a legal environment
• Computer literacy essential
• Knowledge and experience of corporate policies and process is important
