    Head of B2B Sales

    Job Description

    Reporting to the CPMO, you will drive revenue growth and expand market share within the wholesale/retail business, focusing on partnerships with stockists and corporates. The role involves setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, leading a sales team, and managing the entire sales process. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, curating product ranges, identifying new markets, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring comprehensive reporting.

    Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent).
    • Proven track record in sales leadership, business development, and market expansion.
    • Experience in the wholesale/retail industry
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Visionary leadership with the ability to set and execute a strategic vision for sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Executive team to develop and implement business development strategies and processes to drive sales growth and achieve financial objectives.
    • Act as a brand custodian, ensuring partners adhere to brand standards and deliver excellent customer experiences.
    • Conceptualize and provide input into a curated product range for stockists and corporate clients.
    • Identify and evaluate new markets, partners, channels, and customers.
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other stakeholders to support business development plans.
    • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, aligning them with organizational goals. Manage and develop the team to ensure business KPIs are achieved.
    • Conduct quarterly sales reviews and ensure timely completion of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports per region.
