    Group Finance Specialist - Greytown

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Management of offshore companies
    • Preparation of standalone and consolidated IFRS financial statements.
    • Reviewing bookkeeping work.
    • Preparing annual budgets and cashflow forecasts.

    Assisting in managing forex exposure

    • Group financial analysis
    • Setting of deadlines
    • Review and analysis of Group standardized reports.
    • Presenting to financial directors.
    • Preparing annual group budgets and cash forecasts.

    Management and maintaining the relationship with the top five financial institutions within the banking industry

    • Management of online banking platform for the Group
    • Responding to requests for financial information
    • Reviewing standard commentary documents prepared by members of the Plennegy Group and providing these to the financial institutions.

    Financial analysis using business intelligent software

    • Management of the collection of data from the members of the Group.
    • Run intelligence software to analyze the financial information.
    • Preparation of dashboards.
    • Reporting of these dashboards to the directors to assist with strategic decision-making.

    Other

    • Preparation of income and provisional taxation for individuals, companies, and trusts.
    • Preparation of companies' and trusts financial statements and workbooks for the annual review by auditors or trustees.
    • Assisting with the preparation of combinative financial statements.

    Requirements
    REQUIREMENTS:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Accounting
    • CA (SA) with 3-5 years post articles experience
