Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, preferaly in vehicle fitment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Solid understanding of automotive fitment processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Customer-focused mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Supervise day-to-day activities of the fitment center, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of fitters and support staff. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Financial Oversight: In conjunction with the financial manager, monitor financial performance and budgetary adherence. Implement cost-effective measures to optimise profitability while maintaining service quality.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
