    Finance Administrator (6 month contract)

    • The Financial Administrator is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. The Financial Administrator must comply with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Support the Strategic Leadership agenda and is responsible for coordinating the integration of CCBA Fixed Asset Capex processes, the Hyperion Financial Management Tool, Planning & Budgeting Cloud Services and Microsoft D365
    • Review and Approval of all Group office (Coca Cola Sabco Pty Ltd) payments (Monthly creditors/foreign payments/Inter comp payments ZAR/USD/weekly sundry payments)
    • Review of 60+ Creditors Reconciliations in line with CCBA policies and procedures
    • Ensure simplified and standardized monthly / quarterly / year-end reporting and checklist processes are followed
    • Managing the CCBA General Ledger
    • Reconciliation of ZAR and USD bank accounts
    • Capturing journals relating to CCBA
    • Preparing the Flash report for month end closing
    • Preparation of GL Recons for CCSabco
    • Completion of Hyperion Submission (Hyperion Financial Management) for CCBA (Monthly/Quarterly & Year-end)
    • Investment Management for Actuals and Planning (Rolling Estimates and Budgets):
    • WIP reports, RE Reports & Updating on SAP,
    • Acquisitions, Disposals,
    • Reconciliation of Capex,
    • Maintain Asset Register,
    • Verification of Fixed Assets,
    • Monthly Depreciation Run,
    •  Closing Monthly Fixed Assets
    • Monthly Investment reporting (ZAR/USD)
    • Creating Investment orders
    • TCCC Capitalization Template / PPE Report & FAR report splitting computer software
    • Initiating and finalising the Capex budget during the Investment Planning process
    • Management and Reconciliation of Fixed Assets verification as per CCBA requirements
    • Provide support role to the development and maintenance of Fixed Asset Information Systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics and SAP
    • Provide reports to Tax (Fixed Asset Register & Tax Asset Register)
    • Ordering of foreign currency for employees travelling for business

    Forex Revaluation report

    • Electronic Request for Asset System project – part of project team implementing real-time electronic approval on the system
    • Ensuring a continuous improvement mind set throughout the fixed asset function by identifying opportunities to eliminate process inefficiencies
    • Support of functions within the business as required
    • GIRR Account analysis and investigating– manually matching to PO’s and investigating if the items are still valid
    • GIRR Account – assisting with clearing out old items

    General ledger recon analysis

    • Identifying and investigating uncleared items and long outstanding items
    • Assisting with preparing the excel journals to clear out these items

    Adhoc projects

    • Analysis of various vendor reports for corrective measures/actions

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or BCom degree or equivalent

    Experience:

    • 3 – 5 years’ experience, in a Finance Administrator role with Fixed Asset experience
    • Strong SAP experience and Excellent MS office skills, particularly Excel at an intermediary / advanced level
