What You'll Bring:
How You Will Contribute
Plan and drive execution of projects in global setting; facilitate the flow of communication within the cross-functional team
Strategize transition plans, develop business cases and execute transition for new initiatives and capabilities being built in TransUnion’s global capability and functional centers
Lead knowledge capture of new capabilities to ease the transition and mitigate transition risks
Conduct an industry research to learn new trends and best practices and assist in developing maturity roadmap
Perform analytics for resources footprints internally and with vendor to reflect pipeline and current on-the-ground views
Assist in forecast planning of demand to the GCCs
Develop and maintain management dashboards and reports to capture progress
Take a lead role to prepare executive reports and presentations
Support efforts to streamline reporting
Coordinate M&A due diligence and integration planning with Global Operations SMEs
Support the coordination of information, refine data and presentation for the monthly CEO Business reviews, quarterly Board meetings, and regular updates to internal partners
Lead special projects upon the request of the leadership team
Impact You'll Make:
What You Will Bring
3-5 years with a management consulting firm
Must be comfortable analyzing financials, with strong project management skills, problem solving skills, and business acumen
Ability to synthesize information for quick review and analysis in both verbal and written formats
Ability to critically evaluate problems and formulate hypotheses; ask probing questions (that support or refute hypotheses); gather and process information; and provide thoughtful, well-structured arguments and recommendations
Experience presenting at multiple levels within an organization
