    Enterprise Offer Management Specialist

    About the role

    As an Offer Management Specialist at Reflex Solutions, within the Enterprise Solutions division, you will be at the forefront of bridging product management and sales, focusing on commercial management, product lifecycle, sales enablement, and innovative offer creation. The purpose is to establish the offer-market fit and monetization strategy. This role is integral in maintaining the company's commitment to providing comprehensive ICT solutions.

    Key duties and responsibilities:

    Commercial Management

    • Formulate and execute pricing strategies.
    • Analyze market trends and validate the need in the market.
    • Report on product profitability.

    Product Lifecycle Management

    • Manage the product lifecycle – from introduction to sunset.
    • Ensure products meet market needs.
    • Ensure serviceability by the support team.
    • Assist in drafting of agreements, product documentation and pricing adjustment to reflect approved strategies as well directly communicate these.

    Sales Enablement

    • Establish the outcome focused value proposition of the offer portfolio that best addresses the market segment needs.
    • Prepare the sales team with the necessary tools and information, emphasizing product features, competitive analysis, and strategic sales approaches.
    • Ensure salability via all applicable channels to market.

    Offer Creation

    • Develop and launch compelling product offers, coordinating with various teams for effective promotion and market penetration.
    • Design offers for scalable and cost-effective operationalization.

    Education, Experience and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, and/or related field.
    • Experience in product management, sales, and/or related fields
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Product and/or Offer Management
    • Familiarity with product management frameworks and commercial strategies.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strategic thinking.
    • Proven influencing and collaboration skills.

    Beneficial requirements:

    • Relevant Product Management certificate
    • Experience in IT and Telecommunications industry
    • Experience in working with Executive Management
