Employer Branding & Social Media Coordinator - Boksburg at Epiroc

Core responsibilities / expectations

• Attend Employer Branding activities e.g. job fairs and recruitment events
• Creation and deployment of artwork and messaging for several projects
• Support, help create and manage the Employer Branding calendars for the year
• Drive efficient ways of working with system support within the area
• Monitor and respond to the Service Portal tickets for Employer Branding & Social media
• Drive the Employer Branding Onboarding projects
• Support, coordinate and administer internal and external events, campaigns and people communications
• Drive the distribution of Employer Branding initiatives and work closely with the Distribution Centre
• Continuously improve processes and ways of working

Knowledge and experience

• Graduate qualification required in Communications, Marketing or similar relevant field.
• Fluency in English, both in speech and writing is a key requirement
• Should be familiar with common publishing/editorial tools (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Canva)

• Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate effectively via email
• Excellent customer service skills and a 'can-do' attitude
• Strong continuous improvement mindset combined with innovation and service mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet conflicting deadlines
