    • As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with retail clients, advisors, and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include responding promptly to client queries, overseeing the delivery of fund administration services, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance client reporting, contribute to process improvements, and maintain accurate client portfolio information.     What you’ll need

    • To succeed in this role, you need to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in client relationship management or client reporting gained within the asset management or financial services industry. A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Investments is essential, accompanied by strong Excel skills. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, impeccable organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of investment administration systems and regulatory frameworks governing asset management is critical. This role is strictly Employment Equity.
