Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/NQF level 4 qualification
• Ideally possesses a national diploma or certificate relating to construction
• At least 6 years experience in a medium to large construction in earthworks and/or civil concrete works, ideally has some SANRAL experience.
• Employee may be required to work away from home, if required.
• Own, reliable transport is required.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of construction processes and applicable trades
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Planning skills
• Read and interpret drawings
• Setting out and levelling
• Knowledge of materials, plant and equipment
• Knowledge of site administration systems
