    Driver Relations and Training Lead

    About the Role

    Moove is looking for an experienced professional with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be the Driver Relations and Training Lead, reporting to the Country Manager. As a proven result-driven person, the Driver Relations and Training Lead will be leading the charge in ensuring good relations between drivers.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the automotive finance, fleet leasing management, or car rental industry and a proven track record in developing territories, implementing successful growth strategies, and leading teams. The Driver Relations and Training Lead will be prepared to be fully accountable for optimizing driver's productivity.

    In this role, you will dig deep into driver's management and relationship building that makes the organization more efficient, effective, and productive. If you've got resilience, some big ideas, and an uncanny knack for policy compliance, this is the role for you!

    The Opportunity

    We are looking for a Drivers Relation and Training Lead who will develop and maintain supportive relations with drivers within our Operations team and also be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is a business expert and who also has deep knowledge in the training of drivers, troubleshooting and resolution of issues, and drivers relationship management 

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Working with the Driver monitoring manager in building harmonious relations between drivers.
    • Developing and maintaining amiable, genuine, and supportive relations with drivers on a personal and professional level and collaborate with other departments to solve their problems
    • Optimizing drivers productivity in compliance with companies policies 

    What You will need for this position

    • 4-6 years experience working in Fleet management, supply chain manager capacity.
    • Excellent communication skills as this position requires regular interactions and touchpoints with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Attention to detail, excellent task management, and superior analytical thinking.
    • Ability to analyze a large set of data and draw conclusions.
    • Knowledgeable in different training techniques applicable to the logistics industry

    • safety metrics 

    Who You'll Be Working with:

    Directly reporting to our Country Manager, and closely working with our Driver Monitoring Manager.
