Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):

• Grade 12 / N3 Academic / National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Level 4

Experience:

• Two years’ experience in administration

Knowledge:

• Through knowledge of MS Office 2010 i.e.
• MS Word (Advanced), Numbering, margins, head/footer, spelling /grammar, language, tables /indents  etc
• MS Excel cells /formats, calculations, rows/columns
• MS PowerPoints
• MS Access; Data capture
• MS visio, flow chart & organograms
• Knowledge in Hyper wave/Open text
• MS teams/SharePoint
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9000

• Document control and administration
• Record control, capturing, storage and retrieval
• Deputies for the TIMC  supervisor
• Updating of databases to track statuses 
• Distribution and control of records and/or reports
• Continuous improvement
• Management and control of TIMC to BMS and ISO control requirements
