Dispatch Controller - VKB Milling, Louis Trichardt at VKB Group

Requirements

• Grade 12 / NQF 4
• Previous experience in a similar capacity is essential
• Clear understanding of stock control
• Numerate and accurate
• Experience on Navision will serve as recommendation
• Clear criminal record
• Willing to work overtime/weekends/public holidays/night shift

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure products to be dispatched are loaded on the system correctly and in the correct quantities
• Innovative and systematic to ensure effectiveness in work space
• Report any deviations in scope of work
• Ensure company procedure and policies are followed to minimize risk
• GRV's according to policies and procedures
• All administration with regards to GRV's and dispatch documents according to policies and procedures
• Ad hoc duties as from time to time allocated
