Education and Experience

• Minimum three year undergrad
• Post graduate qualification in sales and marketing is advantageous
• Relevant financial services industry experience

• Ability to work on Office suite – Email, Excel, Word
• Ability to manage people
• Discovery product and process knowledge is beneficial
• Minimum one year people management experience
• Minimum two years customer service/operations/retail experience
