Director: Agricultural Skills Development - Elsenburg at Western Cape Government

Minimum Requirements    

• An appropriate degree (NQF 7) as recognised by SAQA;
• 6 years of experience at a middle management level;
• Valid driver's license, or alternative mode of transport for people with disabilities; and
• Successful completion of the Senior Management Pre-entry Programme for entry into the SMS upon appointment. (Refer to note 4 below).

Recommendation    

• Proficient in two of the official languages of the Western Cape Province; and
• Post-graduate qualification in Education Business Management and/ or Public Administration.
