About the job
Role Purpose: 

• To create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. You’ll work across product, design and marketing teams to put your talent to work. 

Key Performance Areas: 

• Deep understanding of UX and design principles 
• Communicate user experiences through story boarding, wireframes, personas, user flow diagrams, customer journey maps, prototypes, design specifications and documentation. 
• Create interactive design prototypes of web and mobile interfaces. 
• Create, maintain, and modify design documentation of new & existing apps. 
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness). 
• Conduct research to enhance user experience. 
• Work with creative team to evolve brand identity style guide. 
• Design collateral for supporting sites & marketing purposes 
   

Experience and Knowledge: 

• 1+ Years relevant experience in product design, multimedia & user experience. 
• Proficiency with modern prototyping tools (Adobe XD) and design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects & Adobe Premiere pro) 
• Creative thinker with a discerning eye for design and typography. 
• Familiarity with HTML & CSS (advantageous but not required) 
• Understanding of design best practices and methodologies. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment 

Qualifications: 

• A portfolio demonstrating past work and relevant experience demonstrating design process 
• Courses/Certifications in related area of speciality (UX design, UI design, brand identity design) advantageous.
