    Dealership Area Manager

    What will you do?

    • Dealer Distribution is looking for an energetic and dynamic individual who wants to take on the role of Dealership Area Manager and look after the greater Johannesburg and West Rand area. If you think you have what it takes then read on …
    • Maintains regular contact with key accounts by calling and negotiating prices, promotions and/or services. Agrees terms and conditions of trade with key accounts. Maintains an excellent communication link with distributors/major chain stores, meeting with them and Head office regularly. Controls and pays out rebates. Produces quarterly review and submits regular reports to management. Ensures distributors /key accounts have latest price lists at all times.

    What will make you successful in this role?

    • Matric / NQF 4
    • RE 5 Certificate
    • Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
    • Minimum 2 to 4 years' face to face sales, account management, relationship management related experience
    • Previous experience in the Dealership Market would be an advantage

    Deliverables, includes but will not be limited to

    • Actively source and on-board new independent and group dealership partners.
    • Develop and maintain relationships to generate additional new business from both existing and new dealerships.
    • Take accountability for the achievement of performance targets and objectives relevant to a specific region.
    • Effectively motivate, provide guidance, coaching and training to dealership role-players with the aim of growing business opportunities.
    • Represent the MiWay brand in alignment with MiWay values.
    • Have proper engaging business discussions with all relevant dealership role-players.
    • Effectively resolve any issues that may arise in day-to-day operations.
    • Market new products for distribution through the dealership distribution channel.
