What are we looking for?

The ideal candiadte will have

• 8+ Years of Brand/Marketing experience within FMCG/CPG, Retailer or Manufacturer. Required experience to include proficiency in Category Management, Brand Management, Marketing, and Analytics. Must have team management experience Experience in Own Brand and/or packaging design agency is preferred||Essential / Minimum|5-10 years|
• Recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field preferred
• Consumer focused category, brand and product development.
• Ability to influence Senior Levels without authority
• Ability to analyze and convert large amounts of data into insights and recommendations
• In depth understanding of how categories integrate within account
• In depth understanding of the industry and retailer competitive environment
• Proven track record of developing talent and ability/willingness to mentor associates
• Highly effective in building and maintaining customer and associate relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
