    Requirements

    • Matric
    • 12-18 months face-to-face customer service experience
    • Basic computer literacy (MS Office)

    • Participate in store audits

    Social Responsibility

    • Coordinate with local newspapers

    Ad-hoc Projects

    • Develop and follow project plans

    Leading Self

    • Handle informal and formal feedback
    • Follow the Individual Performance Agreement (IPA)
