Credit Operations Supervisor - Collections (Cape Town) at Truworths

Job Description    

• We are looking for someone to lead, guide, develop, support and manage a team of Collectors, while ensuring that key performance requirements are achieved and delivered in line with operational requirements, processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities    

•  Staff scheduling
•  Staff training
•  Staff performance monitoring
•  Managing poor performance
•  Recruitment
•  Managing the daily work flow processes
•  Daily, weekly and monthly reports
•  Call monitoring
•  Rotating night shift

Qualifications and Experience    

•  Matric
•  Previous supervisory experience (minimum of 3 years)
•  Essential to have experience and knowledge of Vision Plus, as well as experience in a Call Centre/Credit environment. Collections experience would be required.
