Job Description    

• Mazars Corporate Finance is looking for a Corporate Finance Executive to join their highly successful and entrepreneurial team. The Corporate Finance team is among the top-rated teams in the country and the candidate will be required to perform various assignments on a wide range of industries. Members are involved in all aspects of the business from client engagement to final presentation of our reports. This represents an opportunity for any candidate to obtain valuable experience and on-the-job training in the financial industry.

Duties and Responsibilities    

•  Prepare models for assignments
•  Produce initial / draft reports for review by senior managers
•  Assignments may include:
  •  Business valuations
  •  Option valuations
  •  Financial modelling
  •  Due diligence
  •  Transaction advisory
•  Ensure all relevant parties are kept informed and involved through the engagement

Minimum Requirements    

•  Honours (or equivalent degree) in Finance
•  CA(SA) / Completed SAICA Articles beneficial
•  Able to work in a team
•  Strong client focus
•  Interpersonal skills
•  Leadership skills
