    Corporate Finance Executive (Mauritius)

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Prepare models for assignments. 
    • Produce initial / draft reports for review by senior managers. 
    • Assignments may include: 
    • Business valuations 
    • Option valuations 
    • Financial modelling 
    • Due diligence 
    • Transaction advisory 
    • Ensure all relevant parties are kept informed and involved through the engagement. 

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Honours (or equivalent degree) in Finance
    • CA(SA) / Completed SAICA Articles beneficial
    • Able to work in a team
    • Strong client focus
    • interpersonal skills
    • leadership skills
