Requirements    

• Degree
• Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
• Experience in working with senior management
• Business English: Fluent
• Computer literacy (Advanced)
• Code 08 Driver's license

Duties and Responsibilities    
Merchandising Support

• Conduct regular audits or assessments of product displays for visual impact
• Deliver regular reports on competitor displays and strategies and identify opportunities for improvement on internal campaigns
• Record and investigate roleplayer feedback for improved efficiencies on future campaigns
• Ensure brand compliance by producing POS materials that comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements
• Drive campaign timeliness by ensuring that promotional campaigns executed on schedule

Promotional Material Management      

• Work together with the customer marketing managers and brand teams to establish shopper centric instore plans to effectively influence shopper behaviour, in line with brand and business objectives
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, create, and coordinate the production of all in-store POS materials, including posters, banners, shelf talkers and product displays
• Manage production timeliness by ensuring production and delivery on time
• Control cost per unit for producing and distributing POS materials
• Track and report on POS materials in stock versus required quantities
• Ensure POS distribution accuracy by agreeing and maintaining distribution lists
• Contain waste or disposal costs for outdated or damaged POS materials

Data Tracking & Reporting         

• Monitor in-store marketing budget expenditures and ensure adherence to agreed budgets
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising campaign effectiveness
• Present regular feedback on campaign tracking and implementation to relevant roleplayers
• Track sales revenue generated during in-store marketing campaigns compared to baseline or previous periods

Participate in cross-functional team projects and planning         

• Build and maintain open communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams for increased effectiveness
