Consumer Marketing Team Lead at RSAWEB

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing initiatives within our Consumer Division.
Your day to day tasks will include:

•  Engaging with Fibre Network Operators to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and campaigns
•  Ensuring Marketing Plan is completed 2-months in advance by researching which areas to target, pricing and developing new and exciting promotions
•  Provide effective leadership and guidance within the team
•  Coordination with Junior Sales Team Leaders regarding marketing activations
•  Coordinating marketing projects and activities as planned
•  Organising the sourcing and final production of branded items such as stationery, merchandise, flyers, brochures and all exhibition-related material as well as keeping stock of inventory, placing orders; verifying payment and receipt
•  Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
•  Prepares marketing reports by tracking, analysing, and summarising sales and marketing data
•  Updating calendar according to marketing and advertising strategies; planning and organising events
•  Cross department collaboration in working on promotional deals
•  Monitors budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts

Requirements:

•  Matric Certificate is essential
•  Tertiary level marketing Diploma or Degree is preferred
•  A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a similar environment.
•  Proven ability to develop marketing plans
•  Effective leadership abilities
•  Effective relationship management skills internally and with Fibre Network Operators
•  A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license is preferred
