• Customer Experience: To deliver excellent customer sales and service including fulfillment, resolving customer queries, service level agreements, and to ensure delivery according to set standards.
• Deal Facilitation: Handle all customer interactions professionally and efficiently
• Achieving sales targets through generating quality applications.
• Ensure first call resolution.
• Contact the customer and executes the sales process within the desired turnaround time.
• Adheres to company values and service standards
