JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide client support services on technical and product related queries to clients and internal stakeholders in line with the vision, strategy and values of Global Shared Services, Client Services and Standard Bank Group.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Completed secondary school/high school/A levels/Matric
Experience Required
Minimum of two years personal and business banking experience with BOL system knowledge and Customer Call Centre and general administration experience.
