• No two days will be the same - In this role you will be required Define, implement, Improve, and manage the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) within Derivco Pty Ltd and to support/provide consultancy for Business Continuity within the group. You will be required to engage with the different teams within the business to build on the BCM systems, manage the BCM risk management / audit findings, Conduct BIAs, Define the BCMS documentation , Provide BCMS support and conduct internal audits .

Key Requirements 

Qualification 

• BCom or BSc Degree
• ISO22301 Implementer/Auditor
• ISO27001 Implementer/Auditor
• ISO9001:2016 QMS Auditor or equivalent qualification

Technical Requirements 

• MS Office
• Remedy
• Confluence
• MS Project

Experience 

• 3+ years in Information Technology
• 3+ years in Business Continuity
• 3+ years in Internal Audit
• 1+ years in Disaster Recovery

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, improve, and maintain the BCMS including frameworks, policies, BIA’s, BC Plans and BC Tests according to ISO23301.
• Identify and manage BCMS Risks.
• Define, implement, and maintain the BCMS Dashboard and report on the BCMS monthly.
• BCSM training and awareness.
• Manage the BCMS ISO22301 strategy and certification roadmap.
• Manage the BCMS resource capacity requirements.
• BCMS consulting and support for the group.
• BCMS Internal Audits.
• Ensure BC requirements for the business, ISO27001, ISO22301, regulated markets and other certifications are met.
