    Commercial Coordinator

    What are you going to do?

    As a Commercial coordinator, your key accountabilities will be:

    Order flow management:

    • Will be the linkage between customer service, sales team, supply and customers on: handling the operational issues during the preparation phase of Sales (before order entry) and aligns within the department.
    • Preparing customer forms, orderforms, disclaimers and other country or customer specific documents based on (legal) templates etc.
    • Discuss open order flow 
    • SKU enrichement (short term forecast):
    • Is responsible for the SKU enrichment as part of the demand planning process for the countries and/or region.
    • Management of the Virtual warehouse (VWH) and Replenishment plans
    • Will be the link between main contact for supply chain; replenishment planner and operational supply planner on:
    • Aligning on short term planning (parameters), based on country and or crop specific requirements (legislation or market specific needs)
    • Actions and follow up on VWH inventory to align with demand plan and replenishment planning
    • Seed/batch allocation process with supply/budget holders/team and deliver the information to external and internal customers.
    • Data collection and reporting:
    • Simple data analysis that is needed in the operational process to inform the sales team (SKU Forecast / Open order data / Replenishment plan).
    • Coordinates the processing of outstanding payments in alignment with the sales manager.
    • Support the data collection of customer and market data. In case a Marketing specialist is not in place.
    • Contract management & price lists
    • Manages the end-to-end process of commercial agreements (distributions contracts, discount letters and other agreements).
    • Yearly preparation of price lists and terms of sale distribution.Reporting to Subsidiary Sales Manager or Sales Manager

    Your Power:

    • You have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additionally you are proactive and enjoy working in a collaborative setting to optimize supply chain efficiency. You also have:
    • Educational background preferably in administration, economics, logistics or equivalent.
    • 3 to 5 years work experience
    • Accurate
    • Team player
    • Cultural awareness
    • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
    • Computer skills (excel, ERP systems, planning systems)
