Client Services Consultant: Investment Administration - Corrections at Sanlam Group

The following outputs will be expected to be achieved by the Investment Administration Consultant (IA)

• The verification and investigation of plan correction requests that are logged for the team
• Perform manual backdated calculations on excel spreadsheets
• Capture corrections on the plans using internal systems
• Draft and issue written communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Investigate and process plan corrections as a result of income and debit order rejections
• Investigate plans which are listed on daily exception reports
• Based on the investigations, corrections may need to be processed or instructions have to be logged with IT or Operations to correct the plan
• Maintaining and submitting daily/monthly personal workflow stats
• Assist the IT team with “system user-acceptance testing” on all new system processes and enhancements
• Investigate and resolve general queries received in the Investment Admin Query Email box
• Investigating queries logged by Finance, Operations, Sales etc.
• Involvement in adhoc projects

Qualifications

And Experience

• Matric/Grade 12 is required
• A relevant financial qualification would be to your advantage
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience within the LISP Industry essential
• Excel skills on advanced level would be to your advantage
• Relevant product knowledge would be to your advantage
