    Campaign & Content Lead for Region Overseas Content Studio

    Objective of the job:

    • This role will be responsible for leading a team and guiding operational demand management of content adaptations and productions for regional markets. Close alignment with the regional content lead, agencies and markets to assure optimal execution and governance for all activities.
    • As a Campaign & Content Lead, you will be responsible for guidance and operational demand management of content adaptations and productions for regional markets. You will also align closely with the regional content lead, agencies and markets to assure optimal execution and governance for all activities.
    • All tasks in compliance to the Company's Culture Statement, Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E.Q. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E.Q. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.

    Main Tasks:

    • Organization of regional rollout of communication activities, incl. information and support for Region Overseas markets. Recommend and refine regional content communication plans (adaption & production) as well as strategy to achieve optimal execution.
    • Alignment between stakeholders on budget and delivery timelines as well as the interplay between regional experience center (for brand and always on) and local market (for tactical and lifecycle) adaptions & productions.
    • Innovate and stay up to date on the latest developments in content creation and best practices to foster the learnings for the entire regional team.
    • Generate customer / user insights, identify improvement potentials and business development opportunities by analyzing data sets, monitor reporting, KPIs and analytics tools
    • Align and work closely with other Region Overseas experience centers such as media and social to optimize creative process and only create content and formats, which are needed.
    • Support markets during transition into experience centers and implementations of RACI models.

    Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

    • Excellent communication and influencing skills required. Must demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking as well as strong project management skills.
    • Proven to deliver challenging results and clear demonstration of strong project management and critical thinking.
    • Excellent understanding of digital communication. Strong skills in intercultural understanding and experience working with international markets across geographies and time zones is a plus.
    • Fluent in English spoken and written and exceptional faculty of expression.
    • You have an outstanding will to get things accomplished and show strong individual responsibility.
    • You have good analytical and organizational skills.
    • You are a collaborator who enjoys working within different stakeholders.
    • You bring a distinctive solution orientation together with team spirit.
    • You have experience managing dynamic projects.

    Experience:

    • 5-7 years experience in (digital) marketing with experience in campaign management & content journey development, ideally with automotive background.
