    Customer Solutions Manager (Northern Suburbs (Cape))

    Description

    • Leads a team of business and systems analysts  and works in close collaboration with the Operational, Process and IT teams to support and deliver to the Customer.  Applying an innovative approach to incorporate new business channels and integrate solutions with the customer in mind. Manages a complex systems environment supporting the roadmaps of the existing in-house system as well as the planning, design, and implementation of new developments and changes to business processes and technology.
    • Utilising technology to identify customer needs at every touch point across multiple channels and using data and reports to create solutions to address needs and challenges that the customer may have.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Formulate and present ideas to improve customer strategy and aligned to Company Strategy
    • Develop business solutions to increase opportunities for customer engagement
    • Enhance capabilities to improve Customer Technology in order to understand customer needs, their behavior and the challenges they may face
    • Manage the operational performance of Customer Solutions team by increasing efficiency and effectiveness of all CRM applications/technology 
    • Manage project delivery and execution with Business stakeholders
    • Research market trends as well as industry best practices
    • Communicate data reports to relevant stakeholders in order to customer engagement and streamline marketing efforts

    Requirements

    Job Requirements

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree 
    • Senior Management experience
    • Extensive experience in systems and processes preferably in financial services, digital channels, logistics or e-commerce environment
    • 8+ years experience leading project teams to deliver complex, technical solutions 
    • 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with senior customer executives, technologists and/or partners to solve complex business problems with advanced technologies

    Retail experience

    Financial Systems Administrator (Northern Suburbs (Cape))

    Purpose of the Job

    • To provide continuous support and administration services as the first line of support for all information technology related matters to the Finance Department.

    Key Responsibilities

    Support all systems users as first-line support with trouble-shooting and operational requirements:

    • Assist with the preparation of business requirements documents and general SAP related notifications from business as well as facilitating and monitoring the execution of the requests amongst relevant stakeholders
    • Support users with password resets and other queries
    • Assist users with the navigation queries on SAP and other finance systems
    • Logging of calls (service requests and incidents) on SAP Solman for new users
    • Registration (completing IT and SAP Documentation) and facilitation of onboarding of new SAP Users
    • Logging of calls on SAP Solman for SAP masterdata requests:  vendors, debtors, GL Accounts, cost centres set up and changes
    • Load new trade vendors, Overhead vendors , foreign vendors
    • Communicate to the end users of downtime on the systems timeously
    • Develop “how to guides” for the users
    • Administer IT hardware procurement for the Finance Department

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science (or similar relevant tertiary qualification) 
    • 2-3 years experience in a similar role would be an advantage
    • Retail and/or SAP experience will be an advantage
    • Working knowledge on networking, security, systems integration and general infrastructure management
    • Keeps abreast of developments in the technology industry

    Quality Assurance Manager (Western Cape)

    Purpose of the job

    • As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Quality Assurance department and to ensure consistent product quality that is ‘fit for purpose’  and  will satisfy customer needs, remaining cost effective and in compliance with legislative requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, develop and Implement the Company Quality Strategy
    • Manage QA team including technologists
    • Alignment of company quality standards with legislative requirements and to manage risks
    • Relationship Management with internal and external stakeholders

    Leadership

    • Management of redundant or damaged stock
    • Proposed new developments and changes to business process and technology

    Requirements

    • Relevant Tertiary qualification is preferable eg. Degree/Diploma in Business Management
    • Tertiary qualification in textile testing and or clothing manufacturing with quality assurance / textile technology as subject will be an advantage
    • 5 to 8 years leadership experience in a quality assurance environment
    • Retail experience is essential
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving results.

    Financial Stock Take Accountant (Western Cape)

    Purpose of the job

    • To administer, review and optimise the processes and accounting procedures relating to Financial Inventory Management.  To analyse, interpret and reconcile differences in financial and logistical data relating to store stock.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Ensure accurate and complete store stock data through investigation, resolution, and control of stock take exceptions and discrepancies across multiple systems
    • Analyse store stock take movements to identify trends and develop reporting tools to support decision-making on stock loss.
    • Ensure accurate stock records by monitoring SKU accuracy and taking action to resolve any discrepancies.
    • Provide assistance to the stock team in a supporting role to ensure accurate financial reporting through journal entry processing, reconciliation, and budget/forecast support.
    • Supports and liaises between DC and External auditors for DC stock takes.
    • Relationship Management through effective communication and information provision.
    • Leadership: drive team performance and development through effective communication, culture alignment, talent management and performance feedback.
    • Ad hoc projects, tasks and reports.

    Requirements

    Job Requirements

    • B Comm degree (with Accounting major) or equivalent
    • SAICA Audit articles for CA (SA) or AGA (SA) will be an advantage
    • 3 years’ work experience in a finance environment
    • Retail experience will be an advantage
    • Good knowledge of inventory processes
    • High Levels of Computer literacy – advanced Excel and Google Workspace (Gmail; Calendar; Sheets, Docs)
    • Previous SAP S4 Hana experience would be an advantage
    • SAP Business Objects, Qlikview and/or Finnivo will be an advantage
    • Communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Aptitude to work with figures
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Collate large volumes of data and inputs for strategic decision making
    • Above average numerical ability
