Business Intelligence Analyst III [BI Analyst III] at Capitec Bank

Key Responsibilities:

• Ownership and Responsibility: Take charge of allocated focus areas, proposing enhancements to the Business Intelligence Analysis practice. Identify opportunities to add value and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Management and Delivery: Manage and fulfill business requirements effectively, utilizing relevant tools and methodologies. Build strong relationships to influence and guide in Business Intelligence Analysis.
• Data Insights Delivery: Develop and communicate data-driven insights, utilizing visualizations and storytelling techniques. Continuously refine standards to align with Capitec methodologies.
• Knowledge Sharing and Quality Assurance: Mentor and share best practices with colleagues, ensuring adherence to analytics best practices and data quality standards. Drive the development of the Business Intelligence Analysis Community of Practice.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in data analysis and utilising visualization tools.
• PowerBI and SQL experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and relevant technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
• Prior experience in mentoring or coaching is advantageous.
