    Business Development Manager

    • Based in Cape Town you will play a crucial role in driving growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into customers.
    • Working closely with the Branch Manager, Sales Executive, and GM, you will focus on expanding the company’s market presence across the Western Cape and Northern Cape regions.
    • You must be energetic, self-driven, and proactive, with a proven ability to achieve business growth.
    • Experience in sales within a distribution environment, particularly in Copper and PVC Piping, is essential.
    • A diploma in business administration or finance is preferred, along with five years of relevant experience.
    • Strong business acumen, initiative, and the ability to work independently are key.
    • The role requires fluency in English and Afrikaans, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and ideally, knowledge of SYSPRO. 
    • Responsibilities include lead generation through multiple channels, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM records, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and staying informed about industry trends.
