Automation Asset Analyst at Engen

Purpose of the Job:

• Management of Assets from a purchasing , invoicing and rollout perspective to site level. The management and adherence of all vendors to working and maintaining CASM the Engen Asset Management Application.

Who You Are:

• This ideal candidate would have strong administrative skills.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and policies to guide decision making
• Ability to manage teams of people using the Asset Management System
• Ability to analyse the data and reports to provide sound predictive asset management advise and forecasting for the following months.

What you'll have done before:
Baseline:

• NQF Level 7 (Degree in Computer Science/ Management/ Information Systems, IT or equivalent).
• Project Management experience
• CASM – Asset Management experience
• Understanding of CRM practices
   

Advantageous:

• Understanding the BCX Environment
   

What you'll be doing:

• SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION & SUPPORT - Co-ordination and communication with Support Vendors, In country Support Staff, Engen Construction Project manager, external project managers and other service providers to ensure that execution of all IBD Related projects around site infrastructure management
• ASSET MANAGEMENT - Maintain and manage the Retail Assets with relevant vendors in the CASM Application by ensuring that all assets have been captured and all processes to maintain and manage these assets are adhered to
• PLATFORM, SECURITY & RISK MANAGEMENT - Secure data and operating environment through compliance with approved security standards to minimise risk to processes and data
• STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT - Build and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders including divisional representatives, end customers (B2B and B2C) and IT stakeholders
• ANALYSIS & REPORTING - Manage the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of CX and forecourt services and resources. Proactively monitor and report performance against SLAs.

Exciting Challenges you might face in the role:

• You would be faced with managing the vendors processes with repairs, and onsite management to ensure they implement all asset management process.
• In addition you would need to manage assets and ensure that both projects and maintenance do not run out of stock whilst balancing the hardware so we do not over stock assets and lose warrantee’s .
