    Analyst: People Data and Analytics

    Core Description

    Provide accurate HR information and analytics data to the relevant customer base through consultation, statistical analysis and interpretation of information.

    Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

    • Compile HR report, data and metrics from the human resource information system and payroll  databases
    • Provide HRBPS with statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover
    • Prepare reports of data results for HR projects
    • Support HR analytics,
    • Provide reports and analyses as requested by senior management.
    • Calculate various HR Metrics eg: retention, turnover, internal mobility rates, absenteeism etc.
    • Work extensively with data and provide essential insights that drive business administration decisions
    • Produce workforce related reports to the HR Community & business

    Qualifications

    NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma in Data Analytics or Human Resources

    Or Grade 12 with 5 years relevant experience

    Experience

    Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in HR analytics

    Certifications / Professional Registration

    None

    Special Requirements/ Employment Condition

    Valid Drivers license
