Purpose Statement

• Provide commercial analytical support to business decision-makers by extracting and analysing financial and non-financial data, connecting value drivers and identifying opportunities to improve financial outcomes.

Experience
Min:

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in an analytical role

Ideal:

• 3 years experience in management accounting roles in dynamic environments that included building activity-based cost models and performing project appraisals, financial modelling or forecasting.
• Regular exposure to members of the Executive Committee and demonstrable experience of engaging at a business level.

 
Qualifications (Minimum)

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Accounting - Management Accounting
• Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
• A relevant post graduate degree in Accounting - Management Accounting
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Knowledge

Min:

• Activity-based costing (ABC)
• Budgeting, forecasting & performance management (variance analysis)
• Financial Modelling and data manipulation (eg: Excel)
