Allocator at Truworths

Job Description    
We have an exciting job opportunity that has become available for an Allocator for our Distribution department. The role will be based in our Distribution Department at our Head Office in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities    

• Systems Administration covering the following systems: RMS, RPM, PLM, Freestyler, TruEIS, TruBIS, TRP, TIMS Markdown system, Replanning, TruMAP and Supplier Portal.
• Systems Support on the above systems. Work in Excel, updating sheets, creating summaries, etc.
• Liaison between Merchandise/Buying divisions and ISD support team.
• Following up with problem resolution.
• Communicating with the Merchandise/Buying divisions.

Qualifications and Experience    

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Numerate tertiary education is highly advantageous.

Competencies    

• Self-motivator with proven ability to work accurately under pressure.
• High attention to detail is extremely important.
• Role handles confidential company information, so high integrity is essential.
